What is the TC-1 to TC-2 camera upgrade?

The TC-1 camera upgrade replaces TC-1 cameras with TC-2 cameras. The upgrade process requires completing an online form and submitting a clear photo of the camera’s serial number with a handwritten note showing today's date.

Why is the TC-1 being upgraded?

The TC-1 server was shut down due to security vulnerabilities. TC-1 cameras can no longer be supported through that server.

How do I request the TC-2 upgrade?

1. Complete the TC-2 upgrade form: TC-2 Upgrade Form
2. Upload a clear photo of the camera’s serial number with a handwritten note showing today's date.
3. For additional cameras, upload a separate photo of each camera's serial number, each with a handwritten note showing today's date.
4. Once your upgrade is processed, use the TM+ Pro app (available on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store) to connect your new TC-2 camera.

What should I submit with the upgrade form?

Submit:

• A clear photo of the camera's serial number with a handwritten note indicating today's date
• For multiple cameras add photos for the remaining units
