Hard-Reset/ Blackscreen Hydro-X (HCS-1)
If you need to perform a hard reset in the event of a black screen, you must carry out the following steps:
- prepare a micro SD card with less than 32 GB in FAT32 format (Here you will find examples of compatible SD cards and USB sticks) and the latest firmware, Link
- remove all cables from the controller
- insert the SD card
- press and hold the left arrow and plug in the power cable of the controller
- now the controller starts and it is possible to start the update from the SD card by presing enter and/or if you follow the instructions on the controller
