The sensor(s) is not connecting to the controller correctly, only dashes are shown on the controller main screen.

Trolmaster uses RJ-12 hardwired cable connection (with a straight-through configuration) for all devices and sensors. Make sure you are using the same standard of cable as Trolmaster cables. Double-check the cables and the Y-splitters. Look for loose connections or any signs of moisture/corrosion on the pins. Try connecting the sensor directly to the controller sensor port. If it works well when connected directly, then there is likely a problem with the cable or Y-splitter. If the sensor still has no connection after the steps listed above, then it could be a problem with the controller sensor port or the sensor itself. All sensors have a 1-year warranty so as long as the sensor has not been sprayed, you can get a replacement by emailing tech support on support@trolmaster.eu and include your purchase receipt. Also send your device serial number which is listed on the equipment.
